OUR STAFF

The staff at Gullwing Engineering are expertly trained, skilled, hardworking and experienced, with the majority of our workforce having more than ten years’ experience working in an engineering factory. With this level of skill and experience backing our staff, we are able to deliver expertly made end products, every time.

The individuals that work in our factory are not only seasoned engineering factory workers, however. Our staff also work fast, efficiently and accurately, resulting in fast turnover times, without compromising on quality.

This combination of the extensive experience our workforce possesses and the speed at which they produce and deliver end products, has resulted in us being able to produce goods at market competitive prices.

THE FACTORY

At our factory, we have a variety of machines that help us to deliver end products of exceptional quality. These machines are highly specialised and are able to produce any component our clients desire. From the smallest washer, to large engine parts, we can manufacture it all.

The machines we use to manufacture components for our clients include conventional and CNC milling machines, conventional and CNC turning machines, and pressing machines.

It is our aim to make our factory as safe as possible for our staff to work in, and we always insist that our staff follow the strictest safety procedures while in the factory. We also maintain and service our machines on a routine basis, resulting in them always operating as they should, without the risk of malfunction. By doing this, we are also able to ensure that our staff are less likely to suffer injuries while on duty.
